Which Monduo is compatible with my laptop?

The 14" Monduo is designed for 14" MacBook Pros (M1-M4 Pro/Max chip models) and most 14" PC laptops. The 16" Monduo fits 16" MacBook Pros (M1-M4 Pro/Max chip models) and most 16" PC laptops. To connect, your laptop must have two available video ports: either two USB-C/Thunderbolt ports, or a combination of one USB-C/Thunderbolt and one HDMI port.

What are the key display specs?

Both models have a 2560x1600 (2K) IPS display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 500 cd/㎡ brightness, and 100% DCI-P3 color.

How does it connect?

Each screen connects via USB-C or Mini-HDMI. All necessary USB-C and Mini-HDMI to HDMI cables are included in the box.

Does it support pass-through charging?

Yes, the USB-C ports support up to 100W pass-through charging, letting you power your laptop through the displays.

Do I need to install software?

For Windows, it's plug-and-play; just arrange the displays in system settings. For macOS, you must install the Monduo app for full features like synced brightness and HiDPI resolution. The QR code to download is in the user manual.

How do I adjust settings like brightness?

Use the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu, navigated by the buttons on the side of each monitor, to adjust brightness, contrast, and color. On macOS, the Monduo app can also sync brightness automatically with your main display.

My Mac says "Display Drivers Not Installed!" How do I fix this?

In the Mac app, click the "Display Drivers Not Installed!" text and follow the prompts to install. This enables HiDPI modes. You must then reboot your Mac or try reconnecting the display cables a few times.

My screens are in the wrong order on Windows. How do I fix it?

Right-click your desktop and go to "Display settings". Click "Identify" to see numbers on each screen. Drag the numbered boxes in the settings window to match their real-world positions. Ensure each is set to "Extend desktop to this display".

My screen suddenly stopped working. What should I do?

If one of the screens isn’t turning on, it could be a loose connection, faulty cable, or port issue. Please try using a different cable or port first. If the issue persists, contact support — we’ll help troubleshoot or replace the faulty part.

Can I use the Monduo with my laptop on a stand or mount?

Yes, but be cautious with tilt and balance. If your laptop is elevated, we recommend extra support to prevent screen flopping or strain on your laptop hinge.

What is the warranty?

Your Monduo includes a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship. It excludes cosmetic damage, normal wear, or damage from improper use or accidents. There is also a 30 Day Limited Warranty for Cables.

How do I return my Monduo?

Please email us within 30 Days of purchase at info@monduo.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes after shipping incur extra fees via FedEx.
