    Great product and customer service

    Great product (really good quality build) - our do all the ones I have tested, it is the best one on the market for me so far. Had a support question and customer support answered within 3 hours which, to me, is a huge plus for a brand like this! Would definitely recommend.

    Lack of Customer Service and Support

    I have had a really difficult time with the customer service from Monduo. My displays arrived with a cracked left display. I messaged their support and they told me that all of their displays are quality controlled from the factory. They assumed that I dropped the displays instead of something happening during shipping. I sent them an image clearly showing visible damage to the shipping box. It's been over a week now, and despite sending multiple messages in an attempt to contact them and resolve the matter, there has been no response. It's been a frustrating experience and I'm just left completely in the dark at this point. Buyer beware and understand the risks: This company lacks the ability to support their product.

    Monduo setup is an absolute must! It’s easy to setup, quality made and the support is super responsive. This is the second unit I’ve ordered because my first one made its way to my fellow developers desk. He won’t give it back! ? If you love multiple monitor setups, stop researching and order now!     Did an impulsive purchase, but man let me tell you it was probably the best decision I've made to pair it with both my Macbook M2 Pro and Razer Blade 16. Such an easy setup with the cables, and doing cable managements is extremely easy. The quality outshine pretty much Xebec models as well as Ofiyaa's ( which I've experience both in the past ) 100% recommend for any type of users.

    These monitors are awesome. Worked perfectly with my laptop immediately. Took maybe 1 min to get set up and connected . Overall packaging and presentation of the product is first rate. Resolution and refresh match my Lenovo 7i Pro so it feels like a wide screen monitor all together. Most importantly these travel well . Very happy so far .
