Shipping Policy.

Taxes & Duties

All prices are inclusive of local taxes and import duties. The price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay, with no additional customs fees upon delivery.

Order Processing & Transit

Your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch within 3-5 business days. We ship worldwide with FedEx. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery, which is estimated to take 5-15 business days.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@monduo.co as soon as possible. We can update your address free of charge before the order is dispatched. Once an order is in transit with the carrier, any fees associated with rerouting the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy.

30-Day Risk-Free Trial

We are confident that Monduo will transform your workflow, and we invite you to try it risk-free for 30 days. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please email our team at info@monduo.co. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and the return shipping address. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and components.

Return Conditions

The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date. This policy applies only to products purchased directly from monduo.co. For returns not related to a product defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds & Fees

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a $45 restocking fee per item, which is deducted from your refund.

Damaged Returns: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is returned damaged or with missing components.
