We'll process your order within 3-5 days. FedEx or USPS will handle the delivery, and you can expect your order to arrive in approximately 5-15 days. The exact shipping time depends on your specific country or region.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Yes, you can request for your delivery address to be changed, however this will incur extra fees.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Monduo cannot assume liability for any customs duties or taxes that may be applicable to your order. Any charges incurred during or subsequent to shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs and taxes.

Shipping Destinations

We offer international shipping, however we do not ship to Russia, Algeria, Turkey and Ukraine.

Return & Refund Policy.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please reach out to Monduo's customer service for guidance and to obtain a return address. Please note that refunds are not provided for products acquired through other channels, such as distributors or retail partners. Returns unrelated to quality require the customer to cover the return shipping fees. No returns after 30 Days will be accepted.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your return. A confirmation email will be sent, and the refund will be credited back to your initial payment method. Be aware that your bank or credit card company may need time to process and finalize the refund after we initiate it.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for prepaying all return shipping expenses and any associated duties or taxes. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $45 per item. Monduo retains the right to decline refund requests if the received product is damaged or lacks original accessories and components.
