Shipping Policy.
Taxes & Duties.
All prices are inclusive of local taxes and import duties. The price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay, with no additional customs fees upon delivery.
Order Processing & Transit.
Your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch within 3-5 business days. We ship worldwide with FedEx. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Please note that the estimated transit time of 5-15 business days is an approximation, not a guarantee, as customs or carrier delays can sometimes occur.
Shipping Address Changes.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@monduo.co as soon as possible. We can update your address free of charge before the order is dispatched. Once an order is in transit with the carrier, any fees associated with rerouting the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
Unsuccessful Delivery.
In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to factors attributed to the customer (such as an incorrect shipping address, an absent recipient), or if the customer declines to receive the package, the package will be returned to us. Any return shipping fees or additional costs associated with reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy.
30-Day Risk-Free Trial.
We are confident that Monduo will transform your workflow, and we invite you to try it risk-free for 30 days. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return.
To begin the return process, please email our team at info@monduo.co. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and the return shipping address. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and components.
Defective or Damaged Items.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@monduo.co so we can resolve the issue. For verified quality-related returns, Monduo will cover the cost of the return shipping.
Return Conditions.
The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date. This policy applies only to products purchased directly from monduo.co. For returns not related to a product defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable duties and taxes.
Refunds & Fees.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a $45 restocking fee per item, which is deducted from your refund.
Damaged Returns: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is returned damaged or with missing components.
